WiFi connectivity is not working in Redmi Note 5 Pro.

Mobile data and WiFi connectivity are not working in a Redmi Note 5 Pro. Is there any solution to this?

In your phone you have CIT option that will check the hardware of your device for problems/defects/damage if any.

Go to settings -
Open About Phone -
Scroll down to Kernel Version - 
Click on the Kernel Version three times quickly in rapid succession -
A new Window will open of QC Test - 
Click on option 7 -
Go through the test till 9. If the tests fails you will know it needs to go to the service centre for checkup.

Else directly take it to your nearest service centre and they will look up the problem for you. But do backup all the data in your mobile before you go to the service centre and do note down your MI Account ID and password for safe keeping.
